Aligning Your Actions With Your Vision

As an entrepreneurial leader, it is essential to lead with purpose, to articulate a clear vision for your organization and align your actions and decisions accordingly.
But what does it mean to lead with purpose, and how can you ensure that your actions are in alignment with your vision?
